YaoMedica alcohol tinctures are based on Chinese herbs and mushrooms. To achieve maximum effectiveness we use only the highest-quality raw material. We first grind the herbs or mushrooms into a very fine powder on a special machine, then macerate them in 50% alcohol for up to one month. We dynamize the macerate every day and do not dilute the finished tinctures in any way. This is very important.

The mechanism of releasing active substances during maceration in 50% alcohol is much more intensive compared to herbal decoctions or hot-water extracts. When taking tinctures, active substances are released already in the oral cavity, which contributes to higher effectiveness.

The individual YaoMedica tincture recipes are based on the experience and proven practices of traditional Chinese medicine, which has existed for more than 4 000 years. Bai Zhu - largehead atractylodes, rhizome - Rhiz. atractylodis - 7,2 g

Fang Feng - saposhnikovia (ledebouriella), root - Rad. ledebouriellae - 4,8 g

Huang Qi - astragalus, root - Rad. astragali - 12,0 g

Nu Zhen Zi - glossy privet, seed - Sem. ligustri - 7,2 g

Gui Zhi - Chinese cinnamon, twig - Ram. cinnamomi - 7,2 g

Dosage:

• shake the tincture well before use. Slight cloudiness is normal.
• the daily dose is 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight. Divide the daily dose into two parts - morning and evening. I.e. if you weigh, for example, 70 kg, take 35 drops in the morning and 35 drops in the evening.
• after consulting a specialist, up to a triple dose can be taken
• take the tinctures on an empty stomach. The minimum interval is 30 minutes before a meal or one hour after it.
• the tincture can be diluted with a little hot water, which makes the alcohol evaporate. This method is suitable for children or drivers. 
• for acute conditions we recommend taking the tinctures usually for several days, usually until the problem is resolved
  
• for chronic conditions they usually need to be taken for several months. However, at least some improvement should appear within 2-3 months.
  
• for one month you usually need 2-3 packs (depending on the daily dose - see above)
