How to take the course

Take sea buckthorn, puncture vine and ginkgo at the same time; once the ginkgo bottle is used up, take alder and finish everything.

Sea buckthorn forms a thorny shrub up to 2 m tall; it originates from northern Europe and Central and East Asia and is planted as an ornamental and useful shrub in other temperate regions as well. Mentions of its use date back to ancient Greece, where it was added to horse feed to support weight gain and a glossy coat. Its Latin name Hippophae, meaning shining horse, is derived from this.
