Simply add the drops to a glass of water (or directly into the mouth) a few hours before going to sleep and sip slowly. Repeat as needed; if you wake up or feel restless, repeat again.
The drops contain no chemicals, are entirely of natural origin and can therefore also be used for children. They contain no alcohol and are preserved with glycerin, which has a slightly sweet and pleasant taste.
