Calcite

Calcite is a calcium carbonate and one of the most common minerals on Earth. It has a hardness of 3 on the Mohs scale. It occurs in many colors, such as white, orange, green or honey yellow. It is sensitive to acids, so do not clean it with vinegar or acidic detergents.
