Interesting facts about hornbeam

Hornbeam is a tree reaching a height of up to 25 m, found from France to Italy and from Ukraine through Russia to Asia Minor. Its fruits are nutlets, and its wood is valued mainly as firewood. Today, however, the buds are used mostly to make tinctures, which have numerous beneficial effects on the functioning of the body.

Hornbeam supports the regeneration of liver tissue and contributes to normal blood clotting. It helps maintain proper function of the bronchi and lungs and makes breathing easier.

Using the tincture

Daily dose = the number of drops corresponding to the person's weight, divided into two or three daily doses (e.g. for a total weight of 60 kg, divide the dose into 2 x 30 drops or 3 x 20 drops)
