Following the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council on general product safety – known as the GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) – which has applied since 13 December 2024, we are providing you with important information relating to our range.

Product identification
Each of our products has an original code, which is also stated on the invoice issued. This code is used to uniquely identify the specific product.
Safety information
Our products are intended exclusively for decorative purposes. They are not toys, nor are they products intended for consumption or internal use.
❗ The products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age – this also applies to children's bracelets.
Take extra care when handling the products due to their physical properties – they may be heavy, have sharp edges, pointed parts or other specific features. We recommend using the products in accordance with their intended purpose and instructions.
Frequently asked questions about the GPSR and the safety of our products
What is the GPSR and who does it apply to?
The GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) is European Union Regulation 2023/988 on general product safety, applicable since 13 December 2024. It applies to all consumer products sold in the EU and sets obligations for manufacturers, importers and distributors with the aim of protecting consumer health and safety.
Are your gemstones and minerals safe?
Yes. All our products are intended for decorative and aesthetic purposes. When used as recommended (do not swallow, do not give to children under 3, handle sharp edges with care), they are safe. We recommend jewellery such as mineral bracelets for adult users.
Why are the products not suitable for children under 3?
Small stones, beads and components of our products (including children's bracelets) pose a risk of swallowing or choking for the youngest children. For this reason, we do not recommend that children under 3 use any of our products.
Where can I find the product identification code?
You will find the original code of each product in its name in our e-shop (e.g. „#K335") and also on the invoice we send you with your order. The code allows the specific product to be uniquely identified.
What if I discover a defect or a safety problem?
In the event of any discrepancy or safety problem, please contact us without delay by e-mail at info@magieprirody.cz or by telephone at +420 728 247 069. Please state the product identification code from the invoice – this will help us resolve the matter faster.
Does the GPSR also apply to products bought before 13 December 2024?
The GPSR applies to products placed on the market from the date the regulation became applicable. The safety of previously purchased products is not retroactively affected – however, the same safety principles apply to the entire range we have ever offered.
