Zircon

Zircon is a natural zirconium silicate with a hardness of 6.5 to 7.5 on the Mohs scale and a high luster. It occurs in many colors, from colorless to blue, yellow or brown. Do not confuse it with cubic zirconia, which is synthetic. It is one of the oldest known minerals on Earth.
