Zeolite
Zeolites are a group of aluminum silicates with a porous structure that can bind water and other substances. Most have a hardness of 3.5 to 5.5 on the Mohs scale. They occur in cavities of volcanic rocks, often as white or clear needle-like crystals. Varieties used in jewelry include stilbite and natrolite.
